Ruban

Ruban is an entrepreneur at heart, and he strongly believes that creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem that encompasses everything as one is the key to nation-building.

Ruban has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience. He started off at Knowledgecom Corporation Sdn Bhd and worked his way up to be the CEO. During his tenure, Ruban won the Young Indian Entrepreneur Award (YIEA) from the Malaysian Indian Entrepreneur Cooperative in 2015 and was awarded the Ernst & Young Emerging Entrepreneur Award in 2016.

Subsequently, Ruban restructured Knowledgecom and its subsidiaries and founded Decago Sdn Bhd, an investment holding company that oversees the main brand of the Beyond4 ecosystem, tackling issues of talent and startups to create an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem as a whole.
